Why ?
To bring friends together as brothers and sisters, to offer us an open, welcoming, loving and creative place to meet and celebrate love and joy.
I love the vibe of San Marcos. This is probably one of the places where I felt most connected. I also like to live in exceptional houses, get up in the morning in front of the lake and do my yoga naked if I want to.
Freedom and beauty are the values that touch me the most and sharing them makes me happy. So, if these words resonate in you, welcome.
My intention is to form a group and access this great house for the price of a basic hotel room !
I have already rented it from January 1st to 31st, 2019, and we could keep it until February 11th.
I will be coming from Cosmic Convergence Festival from December 28th to January 1st (www.cosmicconvergencefestival.org), directly by boat on our private pontoon 😉
Then, everyone pays by the night, like in a guest house 😉
– Price: Between 20 and 35 USD / night
(depending on the type of occupation : long stays, 2 people in a double bed, extra bed, availability… ; i just want to cover the 2500 USD rental)
The price includes : a well-equipped kitchen to prepare good meals, sheets, WiFi, 2 canoes, cleaning and a jacuzzi once a week.
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a terrace. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
– Room 1 : 1 double bed (mine 😉
– Room 2 : 1 double bed
– Room 3 : 2 double beds
The house is a beautiful lakefront property, located in the peaceful bay of Jinava, 10 minutes walk from the centre of San Marcos. It is very private without being isolated. The view of the lake and volcanoes is spectacular from every room, including the jacuzzi on the ground floor. We also have the luxury of a private dock and a boat for our trips !
– Boat trip for 8 people : San Marcos 20 Q (2.5 USD), San Pedro, San Juan or Tzununa 60 Q (7.5 USD)
For who ?

Evolving within a group, sharing freedom without imposed operating rules, requires a certain level of consciousness.
